it follows a policy of conducting certification activities in accordance with TS EN ISO/IEC 17065, legal requirements, accreditation regulations, guidelines, and directives, embracing the principles of impartiality, equality, and independence, and employing sufficient and qualified personnel who receive ongoing training in their field.
All our activities are managed with our conflict of interest prevention systems.

Ensuring compliance with legal obligations regarding Occupational Health and Safety and taking necessary measures in this area are among our top priorities.

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT IMPARTIALITY, INDEPENDENCE, AND CONFIDENTIALITY COMMITMENT
As EST Technical Management, ensuring that our certification processes are conducted independently, impartially, and reliably is our foremost principle. As senior management, we commit to the following aspects to ensure the implementation and sustainability of this principle:
1. Commitment to the Principle of Impartiality: We commit to avoiding any conflicts of interest in our certification activities and to not tolerating any actions or situations that could compromise the objectivity of the process.
2. Independent Decision-Making Processes: Certification decisions are made solely based on evaluation results and certification criteria. As management, we guarantee that no external pressure will influence this process.
3. Management of Conflicts of Interest: Personnel involved in the certification process are obligated to immediately inform management in the event of any conflict of interest. We have established a continuous monitoring mechanism to identify and prevent any situation that could threaten the principle of impartiality.
4. Resource Allocation for Impartiality: All necessary resources will be provided to ensure impartiality, and the necessary budget and infrastructure to support work in line with the principle of impartiality will be provided by senior management.
5. Continuous Improvement: We will continuously review the impartiality of our certification processes and are prepared to undertake necessary improvement activities in response to evolving circumstances.
As EST TEKNİK Management, we declare that we will not permit any activity that could compromise the independence and reliability of our certification activities, and that we will adhere to the principle of impartiality.
